Digital Imaging or Digital Image Acquisition though better known as digital or image processing methods, which usually is a modification of the physical object. A digital image can be created using a digital camera or anything like that tool, or using analog media (or image) and then transferred via a scanner or the like into digital information media in the form of pixels that can be read and manipulated by computer, and then reconstituted as an image that can be seen with the eye.
